Elevation Recruitment HR are excited to be partnering with one of our long standing clients based in Mansfield to help them recruit a HR Advisor on a full time, permanent basis.

As a HR Advisor, your responsibilities shall include:

  • Coach, guide and upskill line managers in all HR policies and procedures
  • Supporting line managers in all areas of ER including absence reviews, performance management, investigations and disciplinaries through advising and note taking
  • Supporting the HR Business Partner (HRBP) through the provision of generalist, proactive support on a range of employee relations issues
  • Creating a positive employee relations approach; supporting, coaching and upskilling Managers
  • Supporting with redundancy consultation processes and TUPE when necessary.

This fully onsite role would also suit a junior candidate who is looking to elevate their career as the client offers lots of support and development, the ideal candidate will have previous experience within HR and who is comfortable advising on employment law and processes.
