  • Support the planning and arrangements for procurement an InBye inductions for new starters and refresher training and supplier engagement workshops.
  • Tracking of expenditure against budget and collation of financial information. To produce management information and reports to support the function.
  • Ensure best value for money is achieved.
  • Providing help and guidance to internal and external stakeholders at all levels to establish and maintain relationships.
  • To arrange meetings, agendas, speakers and accurately minute meetings and to proactively follow up actions.
  • Maintain electronic diaries, making travel/accommodation arrangements and ensuring information is prepared in advance of meetings.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience in a similar project support capacity or administration support.
  • Experience in procurement activities and or administration awareness of procurement systems.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple activities and deliver to deadlines.
  • Willing to undertake occasional travel to stakeholder organisations, attend professional network events, and multi-agency exercises.
