In this vital position, you will be the primary point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors, ensuring smooth property operations and compliance with all relevant lettings legislation while delivering top-notch service to our esteemed clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main liaison between landlords and tenants, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues to maintain positive relationships.
  • Efficiently manage and organize tasks to ensure timely completion, balancing multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors to ensure seamless property maintenance and management.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date guidance on lettings laws to all stakeholders, demonstrating thorough expertise in the field.
  • Ensure all properties comply with current lettings legislation, maintaining high legal and regulatory standards.
  • Deliver exceptional service to all clients, aiming to foster positive testimonials and long-term relationships.
  • Ensure all rental properties meet required regulatory habitability standards.
  • Strive to meet company targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the business.
  • Utilise Microsoft Excel for daily reporting and data analysis, ensuring accurate and insightful information management.
  • Monitor and manage rent arrears to ensure financial stability and timely collections.
  • Provide proactive and positive service to all stakeholders, maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a lettings background.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Possession of a full UK clean driving license.
  • A positive and outgoing demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Goal-oriented with a commitment to contributing to team targets and achieving success.
