A local Recruitment Consultancy for logistics, industrial & commercial staffing solutions are now looking to strengthen their warm Industrial desk with an experienced Recruitment Consultant.
As an experienced Driving Recruitment Consultant, you will;
- Providing temporary and permanent Industrial, Commercial , HGV & VAN driving staffing solutions to businesses throughout the Mansfield and surrounding areas
- Maximise on sales & profitability by account penetration & new acquisitions
- Able to identify new areas of opportunity conducting feasibility studies to ensure profitability
- Understanding of the driving labour market and able to devise campaigns to uncover new talent
- Work within the current employment laws and driving employment compliances
The successful experienced Recruitment Consultant will enjoy;
- Salary circa £29k - £38k - Depending on experience

Required experience, characteristics & DNA of the successful Consultant;
- At least 1 years’ proven experience successfully covering a desk
- Successful proven background selling a service, B2B
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally,
- Reliable & conscientious
- Courteous, polite & professional
