Job Title: Health and Social Care Tutor (KS4)
Locations: Mansfield & WorksopCompany: Randstad Tuition Services
Pay Rate: £30-£33 per hour
About the Role:
Randstad Tuition Services is seeking qualified and experienced tutors to provide Health and Social Care tuition to KS4 students in the Mansfield and Worksop areas. This is a rewarding opportunity to inspire and support students as they explore a key subject for their future careers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored Health and Social Care tuition to KS4 students, ensuring lessons are engaging and meet curriculum requirements.
- Provide in-person support, helping students with both theoretical and practical aspects of the subject.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each student, promoting confidence and understanding.
- Track student progress and provide regular feedback to ensure they meet their academic goals.
- Inspire students by linking course material to real-world health and social care contexts.
- Provide support on the lead up to the students exams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience or qualifications in Health and Social Care (e.g., teaching qualification, professional background in the field).
- DBS (On Update Service)
- Experience working with KS4 students, particularly in Health and Social Care subjects.
- Ability to deliver in-person tuition in Mansfield and/or Worksop.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and motivate them.
- Passionate about education and committed to helping students succeed.
- Driving Licence (preferred but not essential)
