Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Shirebrook (NG20)
Pay Rate: £85 - £100 per day

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with a range of special educational needs, ensuring their unique requirements are met.
- Assist in creating an inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and engagement.
- Support the teacher with lesson preparation, classroom management, and individual student needs.
- Foster emotional well-being and positive social interactions among students.
- Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to both teachers and parents.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or young adults with SEN (or a similar background) is preferred.
- A genuine passion for education and supporting students with additional needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and adaptability.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
