As the Digital Content Creator, you’ll lead the development of innovative and engaging e-learning modules and multimedia content. This is an exciting time to join the business as they begin a new journey, transitioning much of their training to online platforms. You’ll play a key role in this change, with the opportunity to shape and influence the future of digital learning. If you’re passionate about digital content and thrive on creativity, this role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise those skills.

Location: Mansfield, NG19 – Driving license & car required

Salary: £35,000

Hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver a range of e-learning modules by developing existing content into marketable learning units
  • Lead on designing high-quality content for online learning modules, ensuring they stand out whilst remaining brand-compliant
  • Working with the marketing, technical and training teams to ensure content is accurate and up to date
  • Using industry-standard tools such as Articulate, Chat GPT, Adobe Creative and Moodle to develop learning materials
  • Stay at the forefront of learning technologies to keep content fresh and impactful

ABOUT YOU

  • At least 3 years in a creative marketing or learning and development role
  • Strong skills in Articulate, Moodle or similar platforms
  • Detail orientated
  • Excellent multi-tasking
  • Great communication skills
  • Willingness to cross collaborate with various teams
  • Familiarity with JavaScript is a bonus
  • Project management
