Taskmaster are currently looking to a Finance Administrator to join the expanding warehouse team of our well established client based in March.

Suitable candidates for the Finance Administrator Position will be required:

Drafting customer invoices ensuring correct charge rates

Managing the Finance email inbox.

Responding to letters.

All other administration duties involved in payroll and finance.

Candidate specification:

Knowledge of how to exchange currency rates.

Experience of Data entry and Stock count.

Positive and a Can do attitude.

Excellent attention to detail.

Ability to compose professional and accurate emails.

Confident speaking on the phone.

Professional attitude in all aspects of the job role

Excellent organisational and planning skills

Excellent customer services skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationship

Ability to work under pressure.

Computer literate with good knowledge of Word/Excel/Outlook

Working hours are: Monday to Friday: 08:30-17:30

Pay rate: £14.42 p/h- £16.82 p/h based on experience
