Randstad is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage Two (KS2) Teacher to join our dynamic team, working with children aged 7-11 in and around March. As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will take responsibility for teaching and developing the academic abilities of students, ensuring their continued growth and progress. You will plan and deliver high-quality lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and collaborate with colleagues to meet the diverse needs of our pupils. This position is available ASAP, running until the end of the academic year, with full teaching responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Motivate and inspire young learners
  • Managing children' s behaviour in lessons
  • Track student progress and collaborate with parents

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
  • Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one) is essential
  • Engaging and interactive teaching style
  • Strong knowledge of Key Stage Two (KS2) curriculum
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship is not an option)
