Location: Uttoxeter

Salary / Rate of pay: 26,000 to 28,000

39 per week (08.00am -17.00pm, with 1-hour unpaid lunch Monday to Friday, 16.00 pm finish on a Friday.)

Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a popular business within the Construction & Industrial machinery industry and we have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join their team.

As an Administrator, your key role is to support the Contracts Administrator and Service and Parts Coordinator to complete administrative documentation. The Role will require you to do a range of varied business activities such as the below.

You will also be expected to cover the Contracts Administrator & Service Coordinator responsibilities whilst on holiday, through busy periods or absence and be responsible for emergency enquires whilst on call.

Key Objectives

  • Chase POs for contract renewals/simple remedial/call outs/routine testing/Projects
  • Complete relevant PQQ's (sales documentation)
  • Chase Quotations from Quotation log.
  • Manage service reports & fluid samples
  • Manage and track all supplier invoices before sign-off
  • Coordinate deliveries/collections and parts orders for the PDI Centre
  • Monitor generator@gjcb email enquires
  • Prepare necessary quotations
  • Must be able to cover contracts administrator & service coordinator responsibilities whilst on holiday
  • General Administrative duties KPI's

Track and report on PO's on a weekly basis - Report on outstanding service reports remedial actions (including fluid samples)

Track and report on supplier invoices on a weekly basis

Take responsibility for health and safety of self, colleagues, customers and contractors within your area, in line with the Company Health and Safety Policy.

Ability to undertake responsibilities of Contract Administrator & Service/Parts coordinator Health and safety

Undertake all work practices in line with the Company Health and Safety Policy General

Present a professional image at all times.

Contribute to overall success through teamwork and good communication within the Company.

Maintain high standard of cleanliness and housekeeping.

Be confident and adaptable.

Remain flexible to all aspects of the role.

Achieve and meet strict deadlines.
