General Manager – Boutique Hotel & Restaurant - £50,000
We are recruiting an experienced General Manager to lead the operations of a beautifully designed boutique hotel with an exciting new restaurant opening soon. This is a fantastic opportunity to take charge of a stylish, design-led property, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong commercial performance.
The RoleAs General Manager, you will oversee the hotel’s daily operations, lead a dedicated team, and manage the successful launch of the new restaurant. Your leadership will be key in maintaining high hospitality standards while driving financial success.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day running of the hotel and restaurant.
- Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost control.
- Work closely on the restaurant launch and ongoing management.
- Maintain high standards across all areas of hospitality and food & beverage.
- Handle bookings, reservations, and front-of-house operations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive bookings.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Proven experience in a General Manager, Hotel Manager, or F&B Manager role.
- Strong background in both hotel and restaurant operations.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management.
- Hands-on approach, problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + performance-based bonus
