Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing correspondence, including sending letters and maintaining accurate records.
  • Scheduling appointments for the housing team and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Covering the internal switchboard and acting as the first point of contact for enquiries.
  • Liaising with other teams within the housing department to ensure seamless communication.
  • Monitoring and managing the team’s email inbox and responding to queries appropriately.
  • Ensuring all contact with tenants and leaseholders is accurately recorded in the database.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for contractors, colleagues, and tenants.
  • Raising purchase orders and assisting with financial processes as required.

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong customer service and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google applications.
  • Previous experience providing accurate administrative support, including drafting formal correspondence.
  • Experience handling databases, spreadsheets, and word processing tools.
  • A background in customer service, engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
