Our client are from traditional contracting roots, now turning over in excess of 40m a year comprised of affordable housing, commercial, industrial and private developments. Work is largely social housing residential ranging from 4-15m
They are still very traditional with their own workforce of almost 50 tradespeople, ensuring the highest levels of quality and consistency across every project.

The Role - Quantity Surveyor
You will be office based with site visits, sites are within 1.5 hours of their office.
You will be joining a commercial team of 10 led by an Associate Director.
You will be working on projects ranging from around 4m-15m, mostly social housing contracts under JCT D&B.
The right person - Quantity Surveyor
You will be a degree qualified Surveyor with housing experience or main contracting experience
You will have a minimum of 5 years experience.
