Description
The Credit Controller will;
- Administering credit control procedures and ensuring they are adhered to.
- Managing customer accounts and ensuring timely payment.
- Resolving customer queries related to payments and invoices.
- Reporting on outstanding debts and working towards their resolution.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and preparing reports.
- Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth operation.
- Working in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Ensuring the confidentiality of financial information.
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- A background in Accounting & Finance, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Job Offer
- A competitive salary in the region of £27,000-£33,000.
