A well established, local client are looking for a highly organised Administrator to assist in their busy sales office on an initially ongoing temporary basis.
The successful candidate will have experience working within a fast-paced environment, will possess excellent attention to detail and have a proactive attitude. Our client requires someone who can work well under pressure and can handle multiple responsibilities, playing a key role in supporting various departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the business.
Applicants must be available to start on the 23rd September.
As Senior Administrator, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Processing and managing all incoming orders
- Producing company reports and documentation
- Maintaining all paper and electronic filing systems
- Raising sales orders and collating job orders
- Assisting with invoicing and expenses tracking
- Providing administrative support to multiple departments
- Ensuring discretion and compliance is adhered to at all times and assisting in audit preparations
- Working closely with and liaising with other internal colleagues/departments
We're looking for a Senior Administrator with the following skills and experience:
- Extensive experience in a senior administrative role
- Audit knowledge would be an advantage, however not essential
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Portrays enthusiasm, passion and ambition to learn and develop
- Confident in working under pressure and multitasking
- Takes a positive, proactive approach
- Attention to detail
- IT proficient, with good knowledge of MS Office
Hours of work
- Monday to Friday
- 37.5 hours; 8.30am - 5.00pm each day with a 1 hour lunch break
- Office-based
Salary:
- 12.82ph - 15.38ph depending on experience
