We are recruiting for a Multi Tradesperson to undertake a wide range of maintenance works in tenanted properties and communal areas which include decorating, joinery and general maintenance and repairs.
The Role:
- Care and maintenance of tools, plant, materials and additional company property.
- Health and Safety of self and others in the workplace in accordance with company policy.
- Delivery of works allocated to quality required within set timescales.
- Compliance with instructions and directives from line management and the Central Coordination Team
- To comply with relevant company Health & Safety Policy, instructions and directives.
- To deliver fabric repairs in both occupied and void properties.
- To undertake out of hours callout duties as per rota requirements.
The Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday between 7am-5pm
The Person:
- Essential: Previous experience in a similar role
- Essential: City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in joinery or similar discipline OR Time served apprenticeship in a relevant trade
- Essential: Current full UK driving licence
- Experience in joinery and tiling along with basic plumbing and plastering would be desirable
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Must be able to follow security and safety processes
- Essential: Must be able to pass a enhanced DBS check
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Strong Time Management
- Good IT skills
- Good awareness and understanding of personal health and safety , method statements and risk assessments
