Macildowie are delighted to be working exclusively with a well-established client in Market Harborough to find a People Support Administrator. Role Overview: As a People Support Administrator, you will provide general HR administrative support and assist with a variety of people management tasks. You will work closely with the HR team and the wider business to ensure smooth HR processes across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of Long Service Awards: Ensure that long service awards are accurately tracked, arranged, and presented to employees.
  • Leaver Process Management: Coordinate leaver-related activities, including arranging cards, vouchers, and any other departure-related items.
  • Probationary Reviews & Return to Work Documentation: Follow up with managers to ensure probationary reviews and return to work documentation are completed in a timely manner.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with recruitment activities such as posting job advertisements, reviewing CVs, and conducting interviews.
  • Maintain Company Organisation Charts: Ensure that the company's organisational charts are kept up to date, reflecting any changes in structure.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

  • Strong administrative skills with an eye for detail
  • Experience in HR or a generalist support role (ideal, but not essential)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Experience with recruitment activities (desirable)
