The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of high-impact projects, working closely with developer clients and partner consultants. You'll manage all aspects of project delivery, from initial planning to construction completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct due diligence, viability assessments, and cost estimations.
- Lead project design, development programs, and planning submissions.
- Coordinate consultant teams and guide pre-construction processes.
- Manage financial reporting, tendering, and contractor appointments.
- Oversee construction phase delivery, including project management and quantity surveying.
- Handle external funding drawdowns and negotiate agreements with purchasers or tenants.
