Are you an experienced administrator with excellent diary management experience? Are you immediately available and able to commit for the next 6 months? Well if so, then this could be the position for you!

Due to an increase in work load, my client is seeking an experienced, detail oriented administrator to join their team on a 6 month fixed term contract. You'll play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth day to day running of the team.

The role:

  • Efficiently managing and coordinating schedules and appointments for team members
  • Preparing and composing various types of letter, email and documents
  • Accurately recording and summarizing meeting discussions, conversations and other relevant information.
  • Demonstrating strong skills using various computer software and applications

Essential skills & experience:

  • Competent administrator with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Proven experience as a Team Administrator or Personal Assistant.
  • Experience in managing complex diaries and schedules.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 3.30pm with half an hours, unpaid lunch.
