We are seeking a Deputy Fees Ledger Clerk to join our clients dynamic Finance team based near Swindon. 

 This role is crucial for ensuring that all accounting processes within the parent and pupil ledgers are accurately implemented to meet the termly timetable of billing parents. Additionally, the role involves assisting with Credit Control/Debt Collection and Bursaries.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Implement accounting processes within the parent and pupil ledgers.
  • Produce invoices and record revenue in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist with Credit Control and Debt Collection processes.
  • Manage and support the Bursaries administration.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a demanding and busy finance department.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Sound knowledge of Book-Keeping.
  • Experience in Credit Control and familiarity with Sage 200 is desirable.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
