Finance Administration Assistant
Part Time, Permanent (Monday to Friday 25 hours per week)
£19,500 per annum (£15ph)

CMD Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance and Administration Assistant to join our client's team near Devizes. This role is essential to the smooth operation of the finance department and would suit s candidate with strong organisational skills and experience in accounts administration.
Responsibilities:
- Process purchase invoices, including matching purchase orders, identifying discrepancies, and posting to the SAGE accounting system.
- Reconcile monthly credit card statements and process commission payments.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including filing invoices and assisting with bank reconciliations.
- Manage the accounts inbox and provide general finance administration support.
- Oversee staff training records, ensuring they are up-to-date.
- Handle stationery and ad-hoc office supply purchases.
- Support HR processes by ensuring the timely completion of return-to-work questionnaires.
- Undertake other related duties as required by management.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in accounts administration.
- Proficiency in SAGE accounting software.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The hours of work for this role are Monday to Friday, 5 days a week with flexible start and finish times.
