Customer Service Advisor

(3 Month Fixed Term Contractfrom Monday 17thMarch Friday 6thJune)

Marlborough Office. An exciting opportunity to join a well-established company for a three month contract from March to June. Sarah Ravens Kitchen & Garden is an award-winning online gardening business, which offers carefully tried and tested plants, seeds, bulbs and gardening kit as well as lovely things for your home, all personally selected by Sarah Raven, the well-known author and broadcaster.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The customer is at the heart of everything we do as a company. We put our customers first with every decision we take. Your role will be to offer the very best customer service possible at all times across our Live Chat and Email channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivering excellent service to our customers

Handling contacts acrossemails and live chat

Using our computer system to place order and answer queries

Good knowledge of our products and our seasonal ranges

Assisting customers in line with company expectations

KEY SKILLS

Excellentwritten communication skills

Team player

Horticultural knowledgewould be an advantage
