Senior Accounts Assistant
Our client based in Marlow is currently recruiting for an experienced accounts assistant to work with them for 2-3 months starting in January 2025.
You will be working full time hours 5 days per week - 2 days in the office and 3 days at home.
You need to be available to go into the office Wednesday and Thursday weekly (no free parking available).
The position is due to extra work load and a system change. There will be some times where the work will be predominantly data entry.
Key duties include:* Transferring data from Sage 50 to Dynamics * Processing invoices* Clearing backlog created by system change* Using Microsoft Dynamics daily ( Business Central version)* Assisting with creating templates in Dynamics for invoices and reports* Setting up projects and time sheets on Dynamics
Key attributes:* Must be able to produce Management Accounts * Must have MS Dynamics and Business Central experience* Be a self-starter and quick to pick up new systems * Power BI experience would be beneficial* Experience with foreign currency transactions would be beneficial.* Experience with Sage 50 would be beneficial.
There is no parking available so you will need to be able to get to Marlow town centre 2 days per week without needing parking.
