Clarity are working with a well-established and reputable family owned business based in Marlow, dedicated to providing outstanding service to their customers.
We are recruiting for a professional and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join their small team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable, and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting processes. Training will be given for you to become proficient in our specific accounting software.
A good understanding of excel would be preferable.
We are open to candidates looking for FULL OR PART TIME this is a 100% office-based role.
Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices and payments in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in the preparation of annual budgets.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial data and provide support as needed.
- Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and information as required.
Person Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team or alone.
- Be a team player and help out across the business where needed.
Pay: £30,000 - £37,000 ( Negotiable and dependant on experience and pro rata for part time)
