They're won massive contracts with schools, Emergency Services and key areas within the NHS - they're now looking to build on this scintillating growth with the addition of Desk Based Sales Execs!

Role:

  • Identify and research prospective clients using a variety of channels
  • Generate leads, maintain an up to date pipeline on the CRM
  • Adeptly communicate the value proposition of the products and services offered by the enterprise
  • Execute on outbound sales strategies and campaigns
  • Work closely with senior members of the team to refine outbound techniques with coaching and feedback
  • Interact regularly with Client, Service and Project Managers to deliver an excellent experience to the business's customers

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level - ideally with some experience in Sales/Account Management, although this is not mandatory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop relationships adeptly
  • Target driven and resilient, with the ability to handle rejection
  • Outgoing personality, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable working independently and proactively
  • Resilient and highly organised
