Key Role Responsibilities:
As a Graduate Sales Specialist, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing expert consultancy and support to customers and sales teams. Key responsibilities will include:
- Researching potential customers to shape and develop new business opportunities
- Providing internal consultancy to Account Managers across Corporate Sales teams
- Understanding customer IT challenges and proposing tailored solutions
- Supporting pre-sales engagements with a focus on data centre modernisation and hybrid IT solutions
- Collaborating on complex solution architectures and technical design workshops
- Delivering technical governance and maintaining high documentation standards
- Conducting internal and customer-facing workshops, events, and presentations
Key Attributes Required:
The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and sales, as well as a keen desire to develop expertise in enterprise IT solutions. To succeed in this role, they should demonstrate:
