Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 (Hybrid)
Hours: 08.00 - 16.00
Location: Marlow
Order processing in a B2C environment, taking calls and enjoying supporting customers.
If you have telephone and eCommerce Customer Service experience this is a great opportunity to work for a well-respected employer. Our client is looking for someone with experience of B2C customer service, resolving complaints and taking and tracking orders. Preferably you will have some experience with SAP, but if not that used to working daily CRM systems. You will have experience of processing orders and managing customer queries.
