Description

Customer Services Agent (B2B), Marlow:

  • Handle inbound and outbound communications with business clients.
  • Work on SAP system with additional use of Excel (ideally VLookUps)
  • All areas of a busy customer service role including processing orders, liaising with warehouse and 3PL
  • Resolve client queries and issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide product and service information to clients.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Assist in the development of client support materials.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service team.

Profile

Customer Services Agent (B2B), Marlow:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
