Our prestigious Client, based in Marlow, requires an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team on a Temporary basis for approximately one month which may be extended.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a thriving, rapidly expanding business within the lovely location of Marlow.
Paying £14-£16 p/h with on-site parking and working 37 hours per week Mon-Fri
You will be assisting the Operations Manager with all administration for logistic and customer service including:
- Check and process all manual customer orders
- Allocate, dispatch and invoice of all customer orders as per warehouse reports daily
- Setting up new products in Sage 200 / warehouse
- Maintaining product COGS in Sage 200 when required
- Adding new product to customer price lists
- Sending Pre-advise to warehouse for all stock POs
- Arrange stock transfers/repacks with warehouse and updating in Sage 200
- Building strong relationships with our customers and gaining their trust
- Taking ownership of customer issues and following them through to resolution
- Working closely with other teams, such as Sales and Marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience
Required Skills and Experience
- Excellent PC skills including Emails & Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ideally experience of SAGE 200, although this can be taught to a confident person
- Able to work on own and within a Team environment
- Good telephone manner
- Good team player
