Our client, a pharmaceutical company, is looking for a projects administrator to join them on an ongoing temporary basis to provide support for the manufacture and distribution of products.
We require someone with a strong administration background who is used to supporting a team. There is opportunity to develop and grow your skills into a Quality Assurance position in time.
Remote working available.
We would ideally like you to attend an induction in Scotland however this is not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support appropriate project management meetings to keep abreast of ongoing activities
- Support activities in relation to routine administration and processes
- Ensure that batch record reviews are carried out on documentation
- Perform release step for UK/ GB imported products.
- Support one or more of the Quality System(s) - Documentation Control, Change Control, Customer Complaints, Auditing, Training, Invoice Processing etc
- Support the provision of reports of key performance indicators to management
- Participate in the review and recall of defective products in order to minimise patient risk
- Provide administrative support to and Operational functions as required.
