Would you like a fabulous start to 2025, we are supporting our household named client with a business critical role, they are looking for an HR and Payroll Administrator for maternity cover for the next 16 months. Are you an HR Generalist with strong experience dealing with employee relations (ER) matters as well as some basic payroll knowledge (basic calculations, understanding sickness, daily rates, adjustments, different types of leave including maternity and paternity). In addition if you have processed P11D this will be an absolute bonus as you will be involved in end of year cycles too. You will be competent with most HR processes, policies and procedures and able to deal with all general HR queries. Beneficial systems experience would be Workday and ADP as our client uses these for HR and Payroll. In addition knowlefge of Darwin for benefits, this is not a must but if you have it then it’s anothe great bonus. Strong Excel skills are highly advantageous; confidence with VLookups and Pivot Tables woulod be ideal.The opportunity offers a great salary with a £2,500 completion bonus of the and another £2,500 bonus on achieving team and individual objectives.
