About the Role:
As a LightingRepairTechnician, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing entertainment lighting and videoequipment. You will diagnose issues, troubleshoot, and perform component level repairs on a variety of lighting fixtures, consoles and AV equipment.
Duties:
- Service and repair entertainment lightingandaudio visualequipment inthe workshop.
- Raise lists of spare parts and consumables required to the procurement team.
- Diagnose issues and troubleshoot problems with moving lights, lighting consoles, and LED lighting fixtures
- Perform component level repair and soldering as needed.
- Keepup-to-datewith industry trends and advancements in lighting technology
- Attend manufacturer training events.
- Maintenance of tools and workshop equipment.
- Adhere to health and safety policies.
Experience / Skills Required:
- Experience within a service/repair role in entertainment lighting orasimilar field
- Strong knowledge of DMX, Artnet, moving lights, lighting consoles, and LED lighting fixtures
