About the Role:

As a LightingRepairTechnician, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing entertainment lighting and videoequipment. You will diagnose issues, troubleshoot, and perform component level repairs on a variety of lighting fixtures, consoles and AV equipment.

Duties:

  • Service and repair entertainment lightingandaudio visualequipment inthe workshop.
  • Raise lists of spare parts and consumables required to the procurement team.
  • Diagnose issues and troubleshoot problems with moving lights, lighting consoles, and LED lighting fixtures
  • Perform component level repair and soldering as needed.
  • Keepup-to-datewith industry trends and advancements in lighting technology
  • Attend manufacturer training events.
  • Maintenance of tools and workshop equipment.
  • Adhere to health and safety policies.

Experience / Skills Required:

  • Experience within a service/repair role in entertainment lighting orasimilar field
  • Strong knowledge of DMX, Artnet, moving lights, lighting consoles, and LED lighting fixtures
