We are recruiting for a Junior PA/Estate Administrator for a private family estate near Marlow.
The Private PA / Estate Administrator role supports the principals of the estate with day-to-day administrative tasks and assists the estate team with operations and contractor management. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a prestigious setting while growing your career in administrative and organisational functions.
The role is Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm onsite (with the possibility of one remote day per week) and some occasional travel into London.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in an admin role, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
A full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
Duties include
For the Principals:
- Managing invoice checks and payments.
- Administering utilities for multiple properties.
- Conducting ad hoc research (e.g., holidays, children's activities, suppliers).
- Handling ad hoc purchases and bookings (e.g., travel, hotels, children's activities).
- Providing logistical support and PA team resilience.
- Assisting with recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates and arranging interviews.
For the Estate Managers and Workers:
- Coordinating contractor visits and access schedules.
- Assisting with booking scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
- Processing and managing invoice payments.
- Supporting purchasing needs for estate management.
Skills/Experience
- Reside within a 45-minute drive of Marlow.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- A full, clean UK driving licence.
