- A leading regional contractor in Maryport (Cumbria) is seeking a Site Manager for a mixed New Build / Refurb commercial project.
- The role requires managing the site team, sub-contractors, health and safety, and project delivery on schedule.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience and hold SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS Management Card along with a trade background.
- The project is set to commence on December 16th and is expected to run well into 2025.
- The day rate for this position is negotiable.
Working on a mixed New Build / Refurb commercial project, you'll be responsible for managing the direct site team + sub-contractors, H&S on site, co-ordination of site materials and delivering the project to program.
You'll need the SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Management Card along with a Trade Background.
Work starts in Monday 16th Dec and will run well into 2025.
