My client is looking for a proactive and organised Temporary Administrator/Receptionist to join their friendly team in Clay Cross. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to our office operations while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors and handling front desk responsibilities.
  • Managing incoming calls and directing them as appropriate.
  • Maintaining office records and updating databases.
  • Supporting team members with administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Scheduling appointments and handling correspondence.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
