My client is looking for a proactive and organised Temporary Administrator/Receptionist to join their friendly team in Clay Cross. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to our office operations while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors and handling front desk responsibilities.
- Managing incoming calls and directing them as appropriate.
- Maintaining office records and updating databases.
- Supporting team members with administrative tasks and documentation.
- Scheduling appointments and handling correspondence.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- A positive attitude and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
