About the Role

As a Finance Integration Specialist, you will act as the key link between business stakeholders and the HQ Finance team, ensuring the smooth integration of newly acquired businesses into the group's financial systems and processes. You will play a vital role in aligning these businesses with central reporting requirements and transitioning their finance systems to our Sage Intacct platform.

Reporting to the Global Head of PMI, you will lead the financial elements of the integration process, coaching newly acquired businesses through their initial post-acquisition period to ensure they meet reporting expectations and comply with governance policies.

Your responsibilities will include managing the migration of financial systems, delivering training, and providing post-go-live support. Operating within a project management framework, you will ensure timely integration, effective communication, and successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaison and Support
    • Act as the primary point of contact for newly acquired businesses during the integration process.
    • Clearly explain financial processes and the Financial Governance Policy to ensure compliance and understanding.
    • Coach businesses through their first three months post-acquisition before transitioning them to the HQ finance team.
  • Finance System Migration
    • Lead the migration from existing financial systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage 50) to Sage Intacct.
    • Collaborate with Sage partners to configure new business entities, templates, and user accounts.
    • Manage data collection, cleansing, and importing.
    • Provide training, documentation, and post-go-live user support.
  • Project Management
    • Work with Integration Project Managers to define integration timelines and milestones.
    • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring adherence to agreed deadlines.

About You

Must have:

  • Experience with Sage Intacct.
  • Confident user of financial accounting software with experience in migrating between platforms.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.

Ideally have:

  • AAT / ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficiency in French.
  • Experience using Monday.com or similar project management tools.
