Finance Business Partner - Derbyshire / Hybrid - £50,000 - £55,000
A highly successful business with offices throughout the UK requires a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join them and support the Divisional Finance Director on key projects. This commercial Finance Business Partner will provide financial insights to the senior management team to drive the business performance forward. The ideal candidate will be Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or Qualified By Experience with an eye for detail, and the ability to support the commercial team and the board with financial guidance and strategic initiative.
Key Area's of the Role:
- Provide detailed financial analysis to support business decision-making, including profitability analysis, cost management, and performance metrics.
- Business Partner with the senior management and to provide financial guidance and support strategic initiatives.
- Budgeting and Forecasting.
- Deliver comprehensive financial reports and present trends and insights to senior management.
- Financial modelling and scenario analysis.
- KPI reporting and improvement, monitoring performance against forecasts and undertaking variance analysis.
