Exciting Career Opportunity: Building Services Engineer

What's in it for you?

  • Business Strategy: Support the Building Services strategy for the business. Support the development of the Building Services service plan for the Concertus Group strategic business plan.

  • Collaborative Success: Support the wider team, linking effectively and proactively with other teams within Concertus Group whilst working with the team effectively with adherence to commercial performance and resource management via productivity and time methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Delivery: You are responsible for improvements in productivity; efficiency and connectivity in professional areas (project; programme; sectors and clients) and ensuring projects being completed to fee, project budget, quality requirements, outputs and time.

  • BIM Expertise: Hold an expert awareness of BIM, its strategic and operational importance to Concertus and how it is used by design and property teams. You will lead and manage teams and individuals who implement our BIM strategy and processes, ensuring compliance and quality

  • Exceptional Service: You will provide our clients and your colleagues with an exceptional service and add value to your clients and colleagues by having a willingness to go the extra mile, creating a positive and professional first impression of Concertus as a Senior representative of the business.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience: You will hold at least five years' experience working in consultancy practice or for a large contractor in a design capacity along with a degree in Building Services and ideally MCIBSE and or MEIT status

  • An industry expert: Experience in professional aspects of building services competencies including energy conservation and sustainability matters as well as a comprehensive knowledge of building regulations with an understanding of planning legislation and health and safety.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills: You will be an exceptional communicator. You will engage, ask, listen and relay information accurately, whilst having a good understanding of all services provided by Concertus and will be able to sell Concertus services to our clients.

Pay: Up to £48,000 per year (Dependent on experience)
