Your new roleAs a Mechanical Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for mechanical building services projects. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical building services.Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for mechanical building services projects. ??
- Analyse project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare estimates. ??
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and efficient cost estimation. ??
- Utilise the CYPHER system for estimating and project management. ??
- Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations. ??
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures. ??
- Assist in the development and implementation of estimating standards and workflows. ???
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator in the building services industry. �?
- Previous experience with the CYPHER system is beneficial but not essential. ??
- Strong understanding of mechanical building services. ??
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills. ???
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. ?
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. ??
