This is an excellent opportunity for a Low Carbon Energy Assessor to become part of a Multidisciplinary sustainability consultancy based in their Midlands office. The successful candidate will join an established team of accomplished engineers and technicians, delivering high quality, variable, and interesting work.

The ideal Low Carbon Energy Assessor will:

  • Hold a level 3/4 Non-domestic EPC certification
  • Have a full UK driving licence
  • Have TM44 certification (not essential)
  • Have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role specifically EPC & DEC
  • Be familiar with Design Builder
  • Have experience using the Ace Wizard Portal
  • Be familiar with Part L (England & Wales) & Section 6 (Scotland) building regulations
  • Have understanding of the MEES Regulations

Responsibilities of the Low Carbon Energy Assessor:

  • Work as a member of the Energy Group Building Compliance Team
  • Contribute to all aspects of professional input on energy engineering projects
  • Provide marketing and business development support
  • Identify new clients and opportunities
  • Support the growth and expansion of the firmBottom of Form
