A leading organisation in the healthcare sector is undergoing a significant transformation and is seeking an experienced Change Manager to join their Transformation & Change team.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the change management elements of strategic transformation projects, supporting the delivery of complex, high-impact initiatives. You'll play a pivotal role in driving adoption, embedding new ways of working, and ensuring benefits are fully realised across the business.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead end-to-end change management activities across key transformation initiatives
- Develop impact assessments, readiness plans, change adoption frameworks, and sustainability plans
- Collaborate with project and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption of change
- Design and deliver communication and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Mobilise change champions and support capability-building across teams
- Track change progress and alignment with the business case, helping to ensure patient safety and service continuity throughout
- Input into training needs analysis and support the creation of training content
- Work closely with PMO, Tech, HR, and other business areas to ensure smooth and joined-up delivery
- Contribute to business case development with insights on change complexity and readiness
- Monitor benefits realisation and help identify opportunities for continuous improvement
What we're looking for:
- Demonstrable experience delivering large-scale transformation or change programmes
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and tools (e.g. Prosci, APMG, CMI)
- Experience supporting digital transformation and tech-enabled change
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills - able to engage at all levels
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a complex environment
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and navigating ambiguity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A change qualification (e.g. APMG, Prosci) is preferred; project management knowledge/qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2) would be a bonus
