HR Partner
Duration: Initial 6 month contract
Location: Derbyshire – 3 days on-site
Hours: Full-time (37 hours)
Rate: £19 hourly via Umbrella (inclusive of holiday pay) - Negotiable based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Provide advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment law
- Advised on performance management, disciplinary actions, and absence management
- Managed employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievances
- Promote diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace
- Provide expert ER advice across the organisation
- Be responsible for high volumes of complex ER casework
Skills/Experience:
- Experience of working in a HR advisory role
- Experience of complex casework experience
- Degree in a HR related subject / Level 5 CIPD qualification
