FP&A Manager| Full time and Permanent | Derby | Salary £50,000 - £75,000 DOE

Ashley Kate Finance are thrilled to be partnering with a leading global provider of integrated manufacturing solutions who are in search for a skilled FP&A Manager. The purpose of this role is Finance support Group FP&A for analytical data review with dashboards/analysis to support top management in any business analysis for actions plans/decisions.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

The purpose of this role is Analyse the trends of key performance indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenses, and profit margin. Sites FC's to report to Site Directors with dotted line to FP&A Manager.

  • Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances.
  • Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecasts + 5-Years Business plan.
  • Work with business stakeholders to co-ordinate the annual budgets & relevant budget models.
  • Ad-hoc business performance reporting.
  • Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departments.
  • Implement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports.
  • Develop financial models and analyse them to support strategic initiatives.
  • Support the management team and Department Leaders with data-driven analysis.
  • Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.
  • Dive deeply into financial data to provide additional insights.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organisation.
  • Serve as a liaison for the investor relations team, managing the earnings guidance scenario modeling, including executive presentation, Q&A support, and ad hoc analysis.

Core Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in finance

  • General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles
  • Demonstrated experience of analysing financial reports and metrics
  • Demonstrated experience of solution resolution based on analysis
  • Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
  • Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
  • Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture for the Group
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication
  • Demonstrated ability to drive projects across an organisation
  • English fluent

Other Information:

Your working hours are Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am - 1pm.

This role will be in the office in Derby full-time whilst you are in your training period to maximise support then the role can be hybrid.
