This is a permanent, full-time position.
Salary: £25,400
Please note, due to the nature of the role you MUSTbe physically capable.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Processing sales orders and ensuring timely dispatch
- Handling customer enquiries about stock, pricing, and deliveries
- Assisting with stock control, warehouse organisation, and periodic checks
- Supporting social media, marketing, and sales activities
- Attending outdoor trade events and engaging with industry professionals
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- A genuine passion for the outdoors - whether it's cycling, hiking, climbing, or water sports. This is key!
- Highly organised and proactive, with great attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable with a mix of physical work and admin (stock handling, order processing)
- Strong communication skills - able to engage with customers and suppliers
- Some experience in sales, retail, warehousing, or administration is beneficial (but full training will be provided!)
