Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: £47,008 - £58,240 DoE & qualifications.

The Role:
- Lead the management team and drive the service forward
- Develop, implement, and monitor individual care plans
- Ensure a safe, secure, and homely environment for children
- Mentor and guide an established staff team
- Ensure staff training and development
- Compliance with legislation, policies, and Ofsted requirements
Our Ideal Candidate will:
- Hold a Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce Diploma (or equivalent)
- Hold their Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management
- Have a minimum two years' experience working in a residential environment
- Have experience leading and motivating a staff team
- Knowledge of legislation and Ofsted requirements
- Be flexible and willing to go the extra mile
- Be able to handle challenges with patience and empathy
