The Role:

  • Lead the management team and drive the service forward
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individual care plans
  • Ensure a safe, secure, and homely environment for children
  • Mentor and guide an established staff team
  • Ensure staff training and development
  • Compliance with legislation, policies, and Ofsted requirements


Our Ideal Candidate will:

  • Hold a Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Hold their Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management
  • Have a minimum two years' experience working in a residential environment
  • Have experience leading and motivating a staff team
  • Knowledge of legislation and Ofsted requirements
  • Be flexible and willing to go the extra mile
  • Be able to handle challenges with patience and empathy
