HR Manager South Derbyshire On-site (with ad-hoc travel and WFH) £50,000 + £5,000 car allowance Full-time, PermanentI'm thrilled to be exclusively partnering with our client to recruit a dynamic HR Manager. This role is ideal for a well-rounded HR professional with a strong Business Partner approach and proven leadership experience. We're looking for someone who can drive a collaborative and strategic HR function across all areas of the business, aligning closely with company goals. You'll lead and develop a brilliant HR team, providing coaching and guidance to support their growth. Duties within the role: - Responsible for the delivery of the full HR remit and day-to-da operational HR activity across the whole employee lifecycle - Provide hands on support and advice to the SLT and HR team - Conduct complex ER including hearings and appeals with minimum risk to the business - Lead, coach and develop the HR Team - Act as the senior HR escalation point of contact to all stakeholders - Develop policies and practices - Deliver people data and reports for business requirements, tenders, monthly meetings, tenders - Coach and develop managers, working with the L&D Team to implement training programmes - As part of the SLT, partner with key leas in the business to develop and implement the wellbeing and engagement activities - Project work that supports the HR strategy - Support resource planning - Promote and drive a culture of continuous development - Delivery of effective recruitment including project work - Early careers - apprenticeships - Work closely with managers to identify potential risks and identify areas of improvement across the business You'll be involved in a range of exciting projects, making this a fantastic opportunity for both impact and career development.
