Description

  • Directly manage and oversee the Human Resources department.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Nurture a positive working environment, maintaining high levels of organisational health.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Profile

A successful Senior HR Operations Manager should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
  • Demonstrated competence in strategic planning and business development.
  • Ability to be on site 5 days a week.
  • Excellent people management skills and an ability to manage complex HR issues.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and UK employment legislation.
