My client are looking for a driven and experienced Manufacturing Production Manager to oversee their Derbyshire site. You will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance while upholding high standards in safety, quality, and environmental compliance.

This role will require leadership, plant optimisation, and process improvement. You'll also be expected to foster a positive, performance-driven culture that aligns with the company's core values.

Description

  • Lead plant teams to efficiently utilise resources and deliver production plans on schedule.
  • Ensure customer expectations are met while maintaining strict safety, health, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Develop and manage the manufacturing site's P&L budget.
  • Define and deliver key performance metrics to achieve production targets.
  • Oversee incident and injury investigations to ensure workplace safety.

Profile

To be successful in this Manufacturing Production Manager role, you will need a minimum of 5 years experience in a leadership role within manufacturing operations, preferably within FMCG. You will hold relevant engineering qualifications, preferably a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

You will have a proven track record in solving technical manufacturing problems using data-driven root cause analysis.
