Job Opportunity: Registered Mental Health Nurse (Ward) - Temporary Contract in Derbyshire
Are you a skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse looking for a rewarding opportunity within the NHS? We're seeking dedicated professionals to join our agency and work on a temporary basis, working various shifts to support our mental health ward in Derbyshire.
Location: DerbyshireContract Type: TemporaryShifts: Various shifts available, Monday through SundayPay Rate: Day £21.50 Ltd per hour (paid through Umbrella) uplifts at weekends and nights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to patients with mental health conditions within a ward setting.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and monitor patient progress.
- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care and support to patients.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, delivering crisis intervention when necessary.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualifications: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC pin.
- Experience: Previous experience in a mental health ward or similar setting is essential.
- Skills: Strong clinical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
